Everything about sustainable, economical, and innovative labeling solutions.
Linerless labels are a new generation of self-adhesive labels that do not have a silicone release liner underneath. Thanks to a special surface coating, they do not stick together while on the roll and can be applied directly to the surface as soon as they exit the printer.
Linerless labels are extensively used in areas such as restaurants, supermarkets, courier services, and cold chain transportation. They maximize operational efficiency by being printable at high speeds and cuttable to variable lengths.
The release liner in traditional labels is non-recyclable waste that harms the environment. By using linerless labels, you can reduce your business's carbon footprint and take a major step toward zero waste goals.
Eliminating the liner cost allows more labels to be wound on the same roll diameter. This provides up to 50% savings in shipping, storage, and labor costs associated with roll change frequency.
It eliminates the hassle of staff throwing away the liner. It saves a lot of time, especially in e-commerce and cargo sectors requiring fast packaging. It offers a clean and organized working environment.
